SNCC, the Freedom Riders, and the March on Washington organizers weren't born ready to change the world. In fact, they specifically trained their bodies, thought patterns, and nervous systems in nonviolent social change, following in the tradition of thousands of years of leaders before them.
Anu's research synthesizes learnings from these ancestors, and others like Thich Naht Hanh and Thomas Merton, into the PRISM Toolkit: a simple, practical set of actionable tools to protect us in this time of deep polarization, increased mental health struggles, and rampant burnout.
